At Pott'd, we want you to love your creative journey; if you aren't completely satisfied with your pottery kit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all kit components remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Kit

  Carefully place all tools, clay, and paints back into the original Pott'd box, ensuring the items are secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
